Children, youth, teachers and families!
Are you ready for a fun packed cinema adventure?

We will be taking you an entertaining ride from your cinema seats to all over the world, experiencing stories for, by and about children and youth across the globe.

We are proud to be announcing the festival season this year which will be featuring the best in local and international shorts, feature films, animations, documentaries and, amazingly, child-produced films. A complete program of nearly 82 Films from 28 Countries.

Lahore International Children’s Film Festival has been promoting cinema for children in Pakistan since 2008, with over 30 screening events each year across Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. With the support of CKU and Embassy of Denmark, this season LICFF has been able to not only reach children and youth in cities but also in remote areas of Jamshoro, Bhakkar and Tando Jam giving them opportunities to experience the best of children’s cinema.

We would like to thank all the filmmakers for sharing their stories for children in Pakistan, CKU for their great support in helping us reach out to children in smaller communities and all our partners and friends, together with whom we aim continue to develop a culture for celebrating education through the arts.

LICFF aims to continue to inspire children through film and brings the community together to watch, learn and discuss cinema. We have an immense love for the craft of film making, storytelling, children and youth and inspiring them to become independent creative thinkers, dreamers and doers.
