Shoaib Iqbal Festival Director and Founder of The Little Art
It feels surreal to see finally the idea of Zero mm in visual form, as we talked about it for over a year and a half, and kept dreaming about the possibilities it can unleash for youth, film and Southasia. From my own interest in Southasian cinema to meeting with Sumit and exploring the potential of youth through filmmaking, using Skype and emails, meeting once in Delhi and continuous discussions during our rickshaw rides through the city, I started to believe that we can innovate a Festival model that can be groundbreaking in terms of youth & storytelling, and shall also reach to a large number of audiences. Zero mm is finally here now. I hope that the Festival will be able to inspire many to tell stories, celebrate Southasian identity and collaborate for the shared cultural heritage of the region.

Sumit Saurav Creative Director & Cofounder of Campus Diaries
Films are the strongest mediums of storytelling, and expressing ideas. There are millions of young people and students making films in Southasia without much support and dependable community to help them develop and be recognised for their work. We couldn't be more proud and excited to build this for millions of emerging, young talent in films. With our expertise in building technology and communities for students, we have found an amazing partner in The Little Art. They are one of the best organisations in Southasia to understand film platforms and talent development deeply, and we are stoked to work with them.
