LICFF - Community Outreach Tours, Film Showcase for Rural Children and Youth
Since the inception of the festival in 2008, we have managed to screen over 705 films from nearly 86 countries, to over 256,000 children. The festival has traveled to cities like Lahore, Karachi, Jamshoro, Tando Jam, Bhakkar, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad and Gilgit Baltistan, Jamshoro and is continuously planning to expand to smaller regions as part of it's community film outreach program.
After our 2015 successful events in Lahore and Karachi, we took the Festival to semi-urban and rural areas of Pakistan with the support of CKU Denmark. We traveled to interior Sindh and South Punjab. It shows our commitment to serve under-privileged children and youth in smaller and rural areas as well.
