A great way to make children engage in creative expression is drawing and painting. In this course, children build up their knowledge of the characteristics of a range of materials/resources through exploring and investigating, and increasingly working with others.

The course is designed to introduce and practice basics of Pakistani/Indian Music (swaras, taals, thaaths, ragas, types of music, etc.) The course is designed for young people who are interested to either play and perform or also explore their interest in music.

This beginner’s course will teach children how to play the piano and keyboard from scratch. It will enable children to understand the basics of music along the way. It will make children understand the notes of the guitar and keyboard, as well as basic scales and chords.

This course focuses on developing the confidence of children and young people to present and showcase. They will be able to break down their inhibitions, understand how to talk in public and act in drama and theater. After learning the craft, attendees will work in smaller groups to create short performances which will be presented to the public in an event.

This course will help children deal with digital platforms and learn to convey ideas and messages using images, design and graphics. This course is effective for beginners as an introduction to digital design with fundamentals of design, colour theory, typography, image editing and poster design.

Students will get hands-on experience in scriptwriting, direction, cinematography, acting, and editing. Students, working alone or in collaboration, will be required to complete a project for screening at the end of the term.
