The Little Art is gearing up for an exciting, creative, and joy-filled summer—and we’re looking for passionate people to join our paid team this June and July!
Whether you’re an artist, educator, organizer, or someone who simply believes in the magic of childhood and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
Who we’re looking for
Workshop Facilitators (5 positions)
Are you someone who connects easily with children and young people—and believes in the power of creative expression? We’re looking for facilitators who can plan, lead, and conduct art-based workshops and hands-on activities during our summer camp.
You should have some background in the visual arts—such as drawing, painting, crafts, collage, mixed media, or similar creative practices—and feel confident designing engaging experiences for young participants.
- You’ll be responsible for designing workshop content, leading sessions independently, and mentoring children and young people throughout the camp.
- You’ll also collaborate with our team to shape the overall creative direction of the camp.
- Multidisciplinary artists and educators with experience across various visual mediums are welcome.
- A formal degree isn’t required, but prior experience working with children or leading creative sessions is highly valued.
Camp Managers (2 positions)
Are you someone who thrives in organized chaos, loves working with people, and can lead with both structure and empathy? We’re looking for Camp Managers to oversee the daily operations of our summer camp, ensuring everything runs smoothly, joyfully, and on time.
This role requires a mix of coordination, leadership, and people management—ideal for those who have experience managing creative, educational, or community-based programs.
- You’ll be responsible for leading the camp’s overall execution, managing schedules, supporting facilitators, handling logistics, and serving as the go-to person for day-to-day problem-solving.
- You’ll work closely with both the program team and facilitators to ensure sessions start on time, materials are ready, and the environment stays welcoming and efficient.
- Prior experience in event coordination, admin, education, or project management is a strong plus.
- Those with backgrounds in arts management or working with arts/cultural programs will be prioritized.
