Assitej Pakistan had it’s first plenary meeting on Sunday 22nd January, to discuss and plan the upcoming international theater festival and ASSITEJ Asia meeting in April 2017.
We are thankful to all the friends who came for the day and spent time with us planning the Festival with their valuable suggestions and feedback.

ASSITEJ is International Association of Theatre for Children and Young People. ASSITEJ unites theatres, organizations and individuals throughout the world who make theatre for children and young people.
ASSITEJ Pakistan is the official national centre of ASSITEJ International that works for theater for young audiences (TYA) to deepen understandings, develop practice, create new opportunities and strengthen the global sector.

Tamasha Festival – Theater for Young Audience is a 3-day festival presenting theater performances for young, training workshops from upcoming directors, master workshops from international trainers for local artists and discussion sessions for the general public.
