PHOTOGRAPHY

In this workshop young people will learn the basics of photography and camera, while exploring their creativity in reference to the environment they live in. It will run for two age groups, for 13-17 and 18 to 25 year olds young people.

This workshop is part of “Lahore, I Love You”, which is an independent movement of love in the city to celebrate art, music, history, spaces, design, architecture and social initiatives.

The work of participants from this workshop will be showcased in a public photo exhibition.

Age Groups: Group 1(13-17 years), Group 2 (18-25 years)
Fee: 1,500 PKR (Working lunch is provided)

FILMMAKING WORKSHOP

Film is the best medium to reach out to a large number of audience and it incorporates all other art forms within it. In this workshop, young people will explore and understand the basics of art and technique of filmmaking. They will make short films in groups in this process-oriented workshop, while identifying stories, use their natural talent of story-telling and execute it for a short film.

ARTBEAT DRAWING & PAINTING

Young people explore creativity and gain confidence to express themselves through drawing and painting. This workshop starts from basics of drawing to the colors, shapes, forms and aesthetical compositions using paint as their tool. The aim is to open avenues of creative expression and creative thinking for young.

Theatre is so fun, and it engages audiences in a very special way. The participants of this workshop will explore expressions, body language, gesture and voice to create exciting new characters and atmospheres. It is an opportunity to learn theatrical skills while sharing your ideas, feelings, and stories that will be created during the workshop. Short performances will be conducted after the workshop.
