About The Little Art
The Little Art is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and young people through the arts and culture. Based in Lahore, we operate Aangun Center for Learning and Culture—a vibrant hub where communities come together to explore, engage, and create. Aangun hosts a wide range of cultural events, workshops, and activities for diverse audiences, alongside an ECE school. Our other initiatives include ArtBeat, Lahore International Children’s Film Festival, Tamasha for Young Audiences, and various projects and festivals across the country.

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and proactive individual to take on a key role in running and managing the audience experience in the organisation. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage events, and create an exceptional experience for all who visit Aangun and our festivals. This role will suit someone who is dedicated to arts and community engagement, with a strong eye for detail and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Center Management: Oversee the daily operations of Aangun Center (and ECE School), ensuring the space is welcoming, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage a variety of events, workshops, and cultural activities at the center, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Audience Experience: Deliver a high-quality experience for visitors, including those attending festivals, shows, and community events.
  • Financial Management: Handle petty cash, track daily expenses, and manage operational costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, clients, and community members, ensuring they have a positive experience using the space.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Propose and execute new ideas for events and initiatives that enhance community engagement.

What We’re Looking For  

  • Experience in event management, operations, or space management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in terms of enhancing audience experience.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing petty cash and daily expenses.
  • A creative mindset to develop and execute new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relations and bookings.

  • Proven experience in managing cultural centers or similar spaces.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about arts, culture, and community engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
