Under 18 youth can make a short film (under 5 minutes) using a camera or high-quality cell phone and send it to the competition.
Theme: Our Rights and Responsibilities
This year’s theme proposes to reflect on how girls and boys, women and men, individually or together can make the world a better place. The following subtopics can be considered as well;
Bullying and Violence
Future and career
Life choices
Film Duration: Under 5 minutes.
Submission Deadline: 16 March, 2019.
Submission Fee: 1000 for each submission

Rs, 15,000 + Shield for Winner
Award for the Best Director
Award for the Best Actor in Leading Role
Award for the Best Story
Award for the Best Cinematography
Award for the Best Film Editor
Free Festival Passes
Appreciation Certificates for all participants
Selected Film will be screened in Festival across Pakistan, alongwith an opportunity to showcase at other international film festival around the world.
