About The Little Art
The Little Art (TLA) is an arts and social impact organisation that creates platforms for young people, artists, and communities through film, visual arts, and creative learning. Our initiatives, including Lahore International Children’s Film Festival (LICFF), ArtBeat, and Aangun, bring together artists, educators, and young audiences to explore creativity, storytelling, and social issues through the arts.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the implementation of our programs. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. You will work closely with the team to keep projects organised, ensure tasks move forward, and help deliver programs smoothly and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, managing details well, and working in a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Support the implementation of exhibitions, screenings, workshops, and creative projects. Assist with schedules, logistics, coordination with partners, and on-ground event delivery.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain well-organised records of projects, participants, partners, and reports. Ensure documentation is accurate, updated, and accessible using tools such as Excel and Word.
- Communication & Coordination: Support internal coordination and assist with communication with artists, schools, partners, and program participants.
- Creative & Digital Support: Design simple visual materials for programs and social media using Canva and similar tools.
- Smart Use of Technology: Use digital tools and AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others) to improve efficiency in documentation, communication, and project support tasks.

Research Coordinator – reEarth Studio
Location: Lahore
About reEarth Studio www.reearth.studio
reEarth Studio is an initiative of The Little Art that explores the intersection of art, youth creativity, and environmental sustainability. Through research, global collaborations, and creative platforms such as the reEarth Art Prize, the studio brings together young artists, educators, and environmental thinkers to imagine new ways of engaging with climate challenges through art.
We are looking for a curious, organised, and proactive Research Coordinator to support and coordinate the research, outreach, and partnership development behind our global initiatives. This role focuses on research coordination, network building, and information management.
You will help map international networks, coordinate outreach to global partners, and organise research that supports initiatives connecting youth, creativity, and environmental action.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Coordination: Plan and coordinate research activities related to youth creativity, sustainability, and global arts initiatives. Compile insights and summaries that support program development and partnerships.
- Partnership Outreach: Identify and reach out to schools, arts organisations, universities, and environmental NGOs worldwide to invite participation in initiatives such as the reEarth Art Prize.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key contact for international partners by sharing guidelines, responding to queries, and maintaining professional communication with participating organisations.
- Research & Network Mapping: Conduct structured research on global youth art movements, climate education initiatives, creative sustainability projects, and potential exhibition or collaboration opportunities.
- Database & Information Management: Develop and maintain an organised database of global contacts, including schools, cultural institutions, environmental networks, and creative practitioners.
