CAMERA KAHANI
Camera Kahani – Using photography to tell the stories
Camera Kahani, is a project to work with children on visual creative expression and aesthetics through photography. Children are trained on two aspects of visual storytelling; aesthetics of photography and telling stories that matter to them from their life.
Children are given cameras to take photos of their immediate life, where they live, their friends and families. They also record audio stories mostly related to the photographs they take. The process allows them to look at their lives deeply and reflect on it.
